About the Author

Mitchell J. De Haan—Mitch to his friends — is  a social studies teacher from central Minnesota. He is married to his beautiful wife, Ali, and they have two dogs. Although much of his time is taken by his graduate work and teaching position, Mitch likes to spend his free time writing, reading, gaming, spending time with loved ones, and relaxing while watching a good TV show or movie. He has been writing for over fifteen years and hopes the words on the pages of his books will touch the hearts and lives of those who need it most.
